Overview
Pelak 98 is a real estate brand identity created to break away from repetitive and cliché visual patterns within the property market. Most competitors rely heavily on house silhouettes and roof shapes, resulting in minimal visual differentiation.
This project introduces a distinctive identity rooted in cultural familiarity and behavioral insight.
Concept Strategy
The name “Pelak 98” is inspired by the concept of property plate numbers. The idea is derived from a common unconscious habit: when writing property numbers, many people naturally form a recognizable typographic structure.
This behavioral observation became the foundation of the logo design.
The slogan concept translates to:
“A Plate as Vast as Iran.”
Design Direction
Minimal and modern typographic logo structure
Friendly and scalable visual form
Deep royal blue selected as the primary brand color for market differentiation
Custom brand pattern derived from the logo form
Flexible identity system adaptable to print, digital, and merchandise applications
The final identity is clean, memorable, and strategically positioned to stand apart in a saturated market.
